This position is responsible for monitoring the safe use of the Fitness Center in the manner trained by the Hotel Hershey.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):Maintain the cleanliness of the cardiovascular and weight equipment.Monitor safe use of all equipmentProvide safe instruction of all equipmentEnsure that each guest signs release to use equipmentProvide towels to guestsPromote fitness classesPerform daily bank depositsSupport other recreation operationsMaintain cleanliness and stock locker roomsKeep work areas neat and clean while providing exceptional service to all guests Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years or olderPrior experience in guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in hospitality fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Background and interest in fitness activitiesBasic knowledge of computersStrong organization skills with the ability to multitaskGood communication skillsJob Demands:This is a part-time year round position.
