Reporting to Director of Customer Analytics, this role is a leader to support the strategy definition and decision making for the Customer Development organization in KCs North American consumer business. The Associate Director of Customer Analytics will partner with leaders in some of the largest Customer teams to evaluate performance drivers, define acceleration strategies, and support the execution of customer specific plans. Additionally, the Associate Director will manage a team of 1 or 2 analysts and contribute to building analytics acumen across Customer Development teams.About You In one of our professional roles, youll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.Job responsibilities include:Provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of customer analytics to define and refine Customer StrategiesCollaborates closely with Customer teams and their cross-functional partners to perform analysis, build analytical capabilities, and enable effective decision-making, including:Long-term trend analysisSupport of leadership engagementsAnalysis of business performanceCompetitive Intelligence analysesJBP preparationAd-hoc P&L, ROIs, & DPSM analyticsGuide end-to-end analysis for assigned Customers and make adjustments to existing strategies based upon new learning and changes in the competitive environmentOwn thought leadership for business problem definition, project scoping, analytical approach and work-planningDirect and directly execute data analysis for delivery of strategic projects including financial modeling and insight analysis on large, complex data setsInterpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutionsAdd personal insight, galvanize discussion and debate across the organization on key strategic issues, generating ideas and creative frameworks, and use a combination of facts, judgment, and personal impact to build credibility and influence outcomes25-50% travel will be requiredYou will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. It starts with YOU.To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, related business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, operations, or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success.3+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or comparable strategy consulting firm function.Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.Led by Purpose. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
