The right person for this position: The perfect fit for this position is someone who has reliable, has dependable transportation, a good work ethic, has attention to detail, is great with customers, has 5-10 years of carpentry skills and wants to work on a crew that is building decks and more. If you have all of your own tools and equipment, and more than 5-10 years of deck building experience, the pay will be higher. Our existing crew is a team of 8 and looking for an additional 2-3 Carpenters. We are currently booked out until the end of the 2026 and are trying to increase our output by bringing on quality help. In addition we are looking for a person that also has experience installing both windows and doors. This would open up more opportunity for you specifically since you could be used for both the deck and window/door install crew.
