Key Responsibilities: .Provide 1:1 in-home concierge evaluations and treatment for lymphedema, swelling. . Implement full Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) protocol, including manual lymph drainage, compression bandaging, and garment fitting. . Educate patients and caregivers on daily management and self-care techniques. . Provide high-touch communication and personalized, private care. . Service Focus: "Perform comprehensive, private-pay Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) in the comfort of the clients home." . Exceptional punctuality, demeanor, and dedication to patient privacy. Qualifications: . Active, licensed PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or RN. . Current, unrestricted license to practice (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or RN) in the state of [Texas]. . Professional liability insurance . Certification from a recognized CLT program (e.g., ACOLS, Vodder, Norton School). . 1+ years experience preferred (high proficiency required). .
