Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is searching for an Assistant Principal/Supervisor of CTE. Key Responsibilities: The Assistant Principal/Supervisor of CTE will work in a cohesive team at the campus level with the campus principal and the system-wide leadership team. Major responsibilities include supervision of assigned staff members, working closely with student services; student management, intervention, and discipline; school-wide activities including student organizations and school safety; attaining and maintaining industry certifications; and assisting with the administration of policies, procedures, and annual goals. Certification Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience as an instructor or administrator and a strong desire to work in a student-centered, fast-paced, high-achieving, collaborative environment where data-driven continuous improvement is integral to the school culture and success is recognized and celebrated. Evidence of a strong professional work ethic demonstrated ability to accurately complete tasks, and the possession or ability to obtain a PDE Supervisor of CTE or Administrative Director certification is required. Starting salary is based on experience, with a target range beginning at $90K – 100K based on experience with annual increases as per the Act 93 agreement.
