Job InfoJob Location: Cranston, Rhode IslandRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearHandling: Light TouchAdditional InformationCDL A Flatbed - Strapping Only - $30 Per Hour - $2,000 Sign-on Bonus TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Cranston, RI.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details:  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 6am Start time, 10 hour days Pay:  $30 Per hour, $1,550 - $1,650 Estimated weekly pay, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Route Type: Local deliveries to New England, 2-3 stops per day Freight / Load Type: Cement, bloc/pallet of bagged cement Equipment: Flatbed Handling: Strapping only, No tarping required CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: None Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including strapping  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
