You will oversee daily operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in a leadership capacity and enjoys guiding and developing others. How you'll contributeA Charge Nurse who excels in this role:Provides, supervises, and documents professional nursing care using the nursing processUses sound clinical judgment to individualize patient care plansDelegates tasks and supervises licensed and unlicensed care providersSupports nursing staff and may lead care for a group of patients or an entire unitEnsures a safe environment of care, including equipment and resource readinessActs as a preceptor and supports the development of new staff and learnersParticipates in performance improvement initiatives and identifies opportunities for operational or clinical enhancementMaintains required competencies and engages in ongoing professional developmentPerforms other duties as assigned by the Director, CNO, or CEO Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
