This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about patient outcomes, and is ready to guide a high‑performing team while shaping the future of the clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership by overseeing patient evaluations, treatment planning, and care delivery to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based practice across the clinicReview physician referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions and maintain clinical excellenceSupervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring adherence to established protocols and fostering professional growthSupport complex patient cases through direct care as needed, modeling best practices and reinforcing clinical standardsEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, workers’ compensation reports, discharge summaries, and incident reportsDevelop and monitor individualized plans of care, treatment goals, and outcome measures to maintain exceptional patient resultsPromote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners to support seamless care coordinationOversee clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiativesContribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth efforts to enhance patient access and overall clinic performanceQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy.
