Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience. • Experience with Meditech is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights Laulima 1:6 Cardiovascular 1:4 Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves Shift & Scheduling: Days (0645 to 1915) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours.
