The position is responsible for end‑to‑end project management of ingredient qualification efforts, partnering closely with global cross‑functional teams and external suppliers. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, systems ownership, and the ability to manage complex workflows, data, and timelines in a regulated environment while driving continuous improvement.What You’ll Work OnLead and manage global ingredient qualification projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment to business objectives and project timelinesOwn and administer the Devex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) CQS module, including system enhancements, roadmap tracking, UAT coordination, and user onboarding and supportPerform and support ETL activities for Devex and other data sources to enable qualification execution, monitoring, reporting, and business insightsDirect and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, assigning work, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestonesIdentify project risks and issues, escalating and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders as neededPartner with external suppliers to collect quality, compliance, and qualification documentationUtilize IT systems and reporting tools to support qualification execution, resource tracking, and performance metricsMaintain accurate project plans and prioritize daily work to meet established schedulesExercise sound judgment and decision‑making within defined authority levelsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including global teams and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant Agile Project Management certification5+ years of related experience leading complex, global projects within a functional or regulated environmentProficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degreeExperience managing business systems and data in support of regulated processes, including system enhancements, UAT, and user adoptionWorking knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and reporting (ETL) to support operational execution and decision‑makingExperience coordinating ingredient qualification phases including Pre‑Qualification, Supplier Assessment, Ingredient Assessment, and Finished Product ApprovalStrong understanding of quality and compliance cultureDemonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teamsProven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, execution, and integration capabilitiesExperience engaging with external suppliers and third partiesFamiliarity with tools such as Devex, Power BI, SharePoint, Planview, and Microsoft Office applicationsLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:  Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
