This is your chance to work in a facility that values your expertise and offers a supportive environment to thrive.In this role, you will be an integral part of a 19-bed mixed ICU, providing care across a variety of specialties including Neuro, Medical, Trauma, Vascular, and Cardiothoracic. You will have the opportunity to float between the ICU and PMCU, ensuring comprehensive patient care in a step-down level unit with a 3:1 ratio. Provide high-quality care to patients in a mixed ICU settingManage EBD drains and other neuro-related responsibilitiesFloat between ICU and PMCU as neededCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsUtilize Epic system effectivelyRequirements: Current CA RN licenseEpic experience within the last yearAt least 2 years of RN experienceNeuro experience requiredTNCC preferredNeed 2 years experience in settingApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
