More about our teamOur Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit includes 90 beds-20 dedicated to short-term rehabilitation and 70 to long-term care. Our interdisciplinary team includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medication Aides, and therapy partners who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centered care.As a Wound Care RN, you will serve as the clinical expert for residents with wounds, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans while supporting education, quality improvement, and best practices across the unit.
