In this role, you will provide leadership, supervision, training, and scheduling support for Certified Support Providers (CSPs), ensuring a safe, compliant, and person-centered environment for individuals served.You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines while supporting staff through mentorship, documentation oversight, and operational coordination.
