MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager- Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.The role of the Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).Experience with cyber defense10+ years of experienceAt least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to engage with customers at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operationsExperience within the NRO and mission partnersExperience with cyber defenseExperience supporting business development and growth initiativesSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.Must be able to travel.
