We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering personalized treatment plans that help patients recover, maintain, and improve their physical function. Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalitiesMonitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapistDocument care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarityEducate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goalsSupport discharge planning, including equipment recommendations and community resource referralsCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient careWe're looking for someone with strong communication skills, clinical insight, and a heart for patient-centered care.
