Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. • 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred. • 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required within the last 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Level I trauma experience; will screen busy Level II. - RNs circulate; no scrub. - Common procedures and cases include interventional, EP lab, peripheral, cardiology and vascular, MitraClip, TAVR, IABP, and Emtala placement. - Uses Phillips and Siemens equipment. Required Credentials: - Must pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Special Requests: - An interview may not be available prior to offer. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. - Eligibility as current/previous employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. - Submission limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday plus call. - Call varies 6-10 shifts per schedule / 8-12 days per month depending on the month, with a 30-minute response time. - 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. - Holidays work into rotation. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
