Responsibilities: Technical Skills/Knowledge/SupervisionCoordinates, plans, organizes, and monitors the work of the laboratory.Documents results and applicable information.Assures adequate training of staff and staffing levels.Maintains quality control and calibration functions.Maintains work area.Performs and/or gives supervision for laboratory collection and processing procedures.Assists manager with the budget. Qualifications: EducationBachelor’s degree from a four (4) year MT or HTL program approved a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent. Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988. Experience5 years of experience as MT/MLS/CLS/HTL(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional DesignationRegistered MT (ASCP/AMT) or HTL (ASCP/AMT) or equivalent.Compensation/Benefits$31.31-$51.14/hr depending on previous work experience.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
