Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Travel experience is required. • Trauma Level 2 experience is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: Every other or 4 weekend days per month if on block schedule No Call Requirement Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy Floating Requirement: Any like unit/patient location (MS-MS, MS-ICU task, MS-ER/MS holds; ICU-ICU, ICU-MS task or limit of 3, ICU-ER/ICU holds) 10 days maximum time off.
