Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years. • 3 months of travel experience is preferred within the last 3 years. • 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - CHI Arkansas. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Floating Requirements: Will float to various MS units. 7 days maximum time off.
