Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months. • 3 months of travel experience is required. • Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Skills/Experience: General Surgery, total joint replacements, urology, vascular and GYN. Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate Shift & Scheduling: • D/N variables; 0700-1930 and 1900-0730 • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holidays as needed • On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours.
