What You'll Do: The Healthcare Catering Manager will provide leadership and oversight for daily catering operations and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include:Oversee and coordinate daily catering operations within the food service departmentServe as the primary face of the catering program to executive-level and high-profile clienteleEnsure seamless communication between culinary production teams and front-of-house service staffManage event execution to ensure timely setup and service that exceeds client expectationsSupport staffing, scheduling, and operational planning for high-volume catering functionsMaintain compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo policiesAssist with additional food service responsibilities and operational support during slower catering periodsContribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
