Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an engaging, hands‑on General Manager 1 to lead the dining operations for two onsite cafés serving breakfast and lunch at our client location, Eastman, in Kingsport, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated food service leader who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences—all while enjoying a stable weekday schedule. Incentives: M-F 5:30am to 3pm, with some afternoon meetings and calls What You'll Do: As the General Manager, you’ll oversee all daily café operations and provide strong leadership for a team of 2 supervisors and 11 hourly employees.
