Rochester is hiring a Central Supply & Medical Records Clerk in Rochester, NY!We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to support both our Central Supply and Medical Records departments. This dual-role position is vital to maintaining the efficiency, organization, and compliance of our skilled nursing facility.We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings.Responsibilities include:Central Supply Duties:Stock nursing stations with appropriate suppliesManage and track inventory across stock rooms, nursing units, and supply areasPlace and unpack facility-wide supply ordersOrganize and maintain central supply storage and office areasAssist with room changes and general supply logisticsMaintain cleanliness and order in supply spacesMedical Records Duties:Compile, organize, and maintain accurate medical records for all residentsEnsure confidentiality and secure storage of resident informationMaintain and update electronic health record databasesAudit and thin charts regularly to ensure complianceSchedule appointments and assist with administrative medical documentationRelease information to authorized personnel/agencies in accordance with regulationsRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a Long-Term Care or healthcare setting preferredBasic computer proficiencyExcellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical aspects of supply stockingReliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamWeekend and holiday availability as neededAbout us:Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility that is a top choice for post-acute care in Monroe County, New York.
