The Opportunity We are currently seeking a General Laborer for our Fort Worth, TX facility. This is an entry-level role that supports various departments throughout the plant. The General Laborer will safely perform a variety of tasks, including stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, completing material set-ups, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a desire to learn manufacturing processes, operate complex machinery, and grow within the company.  Compensation: $18.40/hr - Increase to $23.37/hr after successful completion of a 90-day probation period. Schedule: 12-hour shift schedule with a rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off - providing a three-day weekend every other week. Overtime opportunities  Key Responsibilities  Operate various manufacturing equipment and follow detailed instructions.  Use hand tools and perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations. Read a tape measure and perform basic math and computer tasks.  Physically perform tasks involving lifting or pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, navigating stairs, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for the full shift.  Receive raw materials, assist team members with cleaning, machine setup, and operations.  Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Availability to work daily overtime, weekends, and various shifts depending on production needs.  Willingness to learn and advance as opportunities arise.  Basic computer skills.
