ABA Clinical Supervisor - Allentown, PA   Are you an experienced Clinical Supervisor with experience supervising therapists, clinical staff in community based and ABA services, looking for more rewarding work? Bring your exceptional clinical and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first.   Supervises and oversees Behavioral Health Technicians, Behavioral Consultants, Mobile Therapist, interns, etc. and clinical services to ensure quality clinical evaluations, service delivery and therapeutic discharge for people served.Provides consults as needed with schools, daycares, outside agency supports, etc. Provides in person consultation with assigned supervisees as per state and funder requirements. Ensures program compliance with all company policy and procedures, state requirements and legal requirements, including billing compliance. If applicable ensures adherence to accreditation standards for disciplines and departments in accordance the accrediting body standards. Participates in programmatic meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures, compliance plan, strategic plan, etc. as needed. May assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical services. Assists in the overall management of the program and staff as directed by State or Program Director or in the absence of State or Program Director. Ensures development of comprehensive training and clinical supervisor for assigned staff, orientation for people served and their families as needed. Performs other related duties and activities as required.   Qualifications:  Master’s degree in Human Services or ABA One year of ABA experience PA Behavior consultant (LBS) licensure One year of clinical supervision experience  Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.  Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.  Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.  Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.  Why Join Us?
