Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required by client.Experience with restorative care, mobility programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.Ability to work 36 hours per week as specified by the client.Client requires 14 days cancellation notice for assignment changes. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week.Start Date: Start on or about 06/15.
