Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.Minimum experience: No new graduates. Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required.Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting using approved formats (including letters of medical necessity and charge entry).Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student training when assigned.Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education per California practice act.Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention.Preferred: Experience working in outpatient clinics with a focus on functional treatment programs and discharge planning. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Schedule: 5x8 (40 hours per week).Duration: 13 week assignment.Start: ASAP.Candidate requirements: No new graduates.Caseload: Evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and ensure care under valid physician orders and insurance approvals.
