Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation and development of treatment plans and 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.Demonstrated competency with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education.Maintain professional licensure and meet state mandated continuing education requirements.Adherence to safety protocols for safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention.Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with performance improvement initiatives. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Duration: 13 week assignment.Schedule: 5x8.Position: Physical Therapist providing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.Must perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and complete timely clinical documentation.May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
