Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active California SLP state license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, tracheostomy, and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
