Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.Experience with post-acute care, discharge planning, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads including balance, gait, transfers, and restorative programs preferred.
