Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic patient populations preferred.Experience with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and documentation consistent with outpatient clinic standards.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge.Ability to supervise or provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student education when assigned.Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Adherence to state Practice Act and professional code of conduct required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, schedule reflects typical clinic hours.Schedule Pattern: 5x8 workweek.Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment.Clinical Focus: Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
