Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Travel experience is preferred. • 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Kentucky and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Kentucky. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Must be skilled in interpretation of dysrhythmias due to floating requirements. This unit is not telemetry monitored, but will be required to float to units that are. Special Requests: If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. You must fulfill the full 13 week contract. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. 7 weekend shifts per contract. Floating Requirements: Will float to Telemetry units. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 7 days maximum time off.
