We are building a team of professionals who take ownership, communicate confidently, and want to grow.THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONEThis is not the right fit if you:• Prefer a passive hygiene role focused only on cleanings• Are uncomfortable discussing treatment with patients• Want a highly flexible schedule without regard to patient care or team needs• Avoid direct communication or accountabilityTHIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:• Take pride in identifying and educating patients on needed treatment• Are confident discussing periodontal disease, restorative needs, and long-term consequences of avoiding treatment• Want to be part of a team that drives results, not just activity• Are proactive, engaged, and take ownership of your schedule and patients• Value growth, feedback, and continuous improvementWHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR• Performing thorough hygiene visits with a strong diagnostic mindset• Identifying and clearly communicating periodontal disease and other treatment needs• Applying adjunctive therapies to contribute to excellent patient outcomes• Ensuring patients understand the why behind treatment recommendations• Maintaining accurate, same-day clinical notes• Keeping your schedule productive and patients reappointedWHAT WE MEASURE (AND CARE ABOUT)• Identifying patients who need advanced periodontal therapy• Patient understanding and engagement in treatment• Reappointment rates• Clinical documentation completed daily, including communication with referral providersCOMPENSATIONWe offer a competitive daily rate or percentage of collections, whichever is higher.
