Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking an Oracle Cloud SAAS Portfolio Delivery Lead to join their team. As an Oracle Cloud SAAS Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting global teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Oracle Cloud SAAS Portfolio Delivery Lead Location: Pay Range:$73,150 - $216,398 What's the Job? Manage multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in delivering Oracle Cloud projects (Fin, SCM, EPM) that address client business challenges. Lead process and configuration workshops to guide clients through optimal solutions. Oversee all project phases, including progress reporting, milestone tracking, and deliverable management. Coordinate onshore and offshore developers, ensuring adherence to development best practices and high-quality deliverables. Drive change management initiatives and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. What's Needed? Between 9 to 13 years of experience managing full lifecycle Oracle implementations. Experience working on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or multi-pillar projects. Strong consulting background with excellent business analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in global environments. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
