Competitive pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)Consistent day shift scheduleCareer growth and development opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, visionDisability and life insurance401(k) with company match Paid holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor DayThanksgiving & Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas DayTwo floating holidays What You’ll Do Review and support approval of product designs and manufacturing requirementsEstimate materials, labor, and production costs based on specificationsPartner with sales, production, technical services, customer service, and design teams to align on timelines and capabilitiesSupport development and approval of design features, including security elements and promotional componentsClearly communicate job requirements to ensure smooth production handoffProvide guidance and support to internal teams on design standards and manufacturing considerationsRespond to internal and customer inquiries related to product developmentParticipate in quality and continuous improvement effortsApprove invoices related to outsourced services (tooling, press components, etc.)Communicate design changes that may impact cost or timingBuild strong working relationships through regular cross‑functional collaborationIdentify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement What We’re Looking ForRequired: High school diploma or GED Preferred (not required):  Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experienceExperience in printing, labeling, or a manufacturing environmentBackground in estimating, production coordination, customer service, or technical support roles Skills That Help You Succeed Strong communication and collaboration skillsComfort working with specifications, measurements, and production detailsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn internal systemsSolid math and measurement comprehensionAbility to read and interpret technical documentationOrganized, detail‑oriented, and effective at managing multiple prioritiesProblem‑solver with practical decision‑making skillsTeam‑focused mindset and willingness to support shared goalsFlexibility to support workload‑driven overtime when needed   The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
