Our client, a leader in aerospace and avionics technology, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Systems Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the development and integration of cutting-edge aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: US - Sr Advanced Systems Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $58.00-$62.00 Hourly  What's the Job? Develop, systems integrate, and verify core Aircraft State and monitoring applications on the Next Generation Avionics Platform Design and validate systems/software requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards Utilize model-based system design tools such as Simulink for system modeling and analysis Develop Arinc 661 graphics using Scade to enhance avionics user interfaces Work with sensors related to aircraft positioning and navigation, including Air Data, AHRS, and GPS systems What's Needed? Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent experience Experience in model-based system design, preferably with Simulink Knowledge of avionics systems and embedded systems development Experience working with sensors used for aircraft navigation and position monitoring Ability to interface with aircraft systems such as flaps, gear, cabin pressure, and FADEC What's in it for me?
