As a Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization supporting the U.S. Navy Customer Business Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong cross‑functional leadership, and high initiative/self‑motivation which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr ISC Project Management Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – travel required) Pay Range: $70/hour What’s the Job? Oversee Integrated Supply Chain operations supporting U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard customers Ensure on‑time product delivery and serve as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues Lead internal and customer meetings to present recovery plans and long‑term improvement solutions Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve systemic delivery, quality, and performance issues Track and report delivery metrics, VOC, and AOP/SRO performance to leadership and customers What’s Needed?
