Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Experience with GE Mac-Lab is preferred. • Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - EP experience, IR experience, vascular experience, monitoring, and neuro experience. - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip). - Interventional Radiology: Lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, stroke thrombectomy. - Neurointervention. - CRM device implants. - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Preferred Skills/Experience: - CTO. - Peripherals. - Venous access. - Rhythm interpretation. - Philips X-ray system. - Variety of atherectomy devices. - Variety of thrombectomy devices. - Temporary LVAD support. - McKesson for Cath Lab. - Coil embolization. Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment. - All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. - Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. - Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment, then must take a minimum 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility. Unit Facility Details: Parking Cost: Parking is free Shift & Scheduling: - On-call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. - Some Saturdays are required as part of the regular 4 scheduled shifts for the week. Every 4th weekend on call. - Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. - Traveler can be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2 weeks. - Provider must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving call. Floating Requirements: - May float to IR and EP. - Candidates may float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
