Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including, but not limited to, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the California Fair Chance Act, and the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance to the extent that those laws apply to the opportunity.  Job ResponsibilitiesExperience with Fast Financials, SMART ordering, SMILE ordering, Lotus CC MailProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with WordPerfect, Windows, and UPTIME systemsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesEnsure AIB standards are consistently met throughout the facilityProvide supervisory coverage during supervisor or facility manager absencesServe as a liaison between Flowers Bakery and Aramark teamsLead monthly team meetings and safety meetingsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Facility ManagerShift: 10pm-6:30amQualificationsMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in sanitations operationsBachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferredMust read, write and understand the native language, communicate (both verbal and written) effectively, and apply discretion and comprehensive understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructionsRequires knowledge of machinery related to sanitation operationsRequires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skillsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics and apply elementary math functionsAbility to work well under time constraintsMust maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients and coworkers Is adaptable to customer needsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
