Your role is to help drive business development and ensure that both new and current customers have a positive experience throughout the loan application and approval process. This role serves as a key point of contact by answering inbound calls, building rapport, and gathering information to help connect customers with the right financing solutions.To be considered for the position, you should have strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. After thorough training, you will be expected to speak with customers independently, document interactions accurately, and collaborate closely with teammates and other departments to ensure customer requests are facilitated promptly. This role will also support outreach efforts, including having availability on Saturdays for customer outreach as needed.
