Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders. Receives, counts and put-away product to maintain an accurate inventory. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and standards in the warehouse.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pick orders utilizing both handheld scan gun and manual processPrepare orders for shipment ensuring compliance to all DOT and IATA regulationsShipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials by utilizing appropriate software platforms and interfacing with shipping vendors, (FedEx, UPS, KWE, etc.)Receives inbound freight from various carries while ensures accuracy and entering received goods into SAGE and Raw receipt log.Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, (includes keeping it clear and free of debris and ensuring efficient use of space).Put away finished goods and supplies into appropriate primary locations.Inspect and maintain all mechanical lift equipment and pallet jackets.Label switches for OEM products as needed.Manage all Customer Interactions with a focus on providing world class service.Assist with inventory inquiries and annual physical countMaintain 49 CRF and IATA certifications.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
