A CNGC Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Commonwealth service standards. This role focuses on consistently applying Unreasonable Hospitality of servicefriendly welcomes, magic moments, and own the details. You'll work closely with exceptional team members to provide a seamless dining experience that plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. Day to DayMaintain high standards of service, following our F&B service training program.Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.Ensure a complete knowledge of the la carte menu, including daily features and specials.Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.Ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.Support management by completing additional duties as assigned. About YouPreferredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.Completion of our 21-day Service Training program.Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members. Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 lbs. occasionally.Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.
