You are ultimately responsible for the efficiency, profitability, and overall performance of the center and for hiring/terminating all employees. You will use your skills and experience to manage store operations, warehouse operations, drive sales, and build an effective team.RESPONSIBILITIESRecruits, hires, trains, motivates, reviews, schedules, coaches, and terminates employeesResolves personnel disputes and related problems privately and in a timely mannerEvaluates and maximizes quality customer service and customer satisfactionDevelops and implements store marketing programsDevelops and manages in-center direct marketing, which includes managing database accuracy and efficiencyManages the inventory purchasing processEnsures store maintenance including cleanliness, safety, and organizationResolves customer satisfaction issuesMonitors center opening and closing procedures (if not actually opening or closing the center, reviews what an employee has done)Completes reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking, etc.)Monitors overall center finances (P&L accountability, WIP Summary, etc.) and Key Performance IndicatorsManages and oversees shipping and receiving product inventory and customer projectsWarehouse management and operations managementManages production and production team membersQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferredUnderstanding of and experience in the signage industry preferredSupervisory/management experienceP&L experienceStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suiteMust be able to deal with a variety of emotions when making business decisions, which requires emotional maturity and stabilityMust be able to handle several projects concurrently using the full range of resources availableMust be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and resolve complex communication issues in a calm mannerMust be able to communicate and provide verbal feedback in a professional mannerRequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
