The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Indiana University Health and the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist at the Associate Professor level (mid or senior career) to join its established academic practice. This leadership opportunity includes serving as S ervice Chief and Director of Women's Health Services at Eskenazi Health , one of Indiana's largest safety net healthcare systems. This role offers a unique combination of clinical leadership, academic engagement, and executive collaboration , with responsibility for advancing high quality, equitable women's health care and supporting education, quality improvement, and strategic growth across Eskenazi Health in partnership with IU Health Medical Group (IUHMG) and the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM). Position Highlights The Service Chief and Director of Women's Health Services will have oversight and accountability for women's health medical services provided across Eskenazi Health facilities, including inpatient and outpatient care.
