This in an in-clinic opportunity.Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.Collaborate Effectively: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.Supervision: Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard-certified in PsychiatryLicensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered)Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescentsTMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferredExcellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approachComfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing toolsPassionate about professional growth and continuous learningIf you're looking for a role where you can practice psychiatry the way it was meant to be practiced"”thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with access to innovative treatments"”we'd love to connect!
