We're looking for aspiring analytical enthusiasts to drive member engagement and behavior change in Aetna's Medicare Business, using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, segmentation, and statistics that leverages business acumen and good data storytelling to help Aetna improve member well-being and its product and services. This is a hands-on data analyst role, with a combination of data analyst (technical coding) and growing business / stakeholder consulting, with next career step to develop into the Data Scientist or Analytic Consultant role. One of the many projects you could be working on: Conduct non-routine analyses, including data gathering from large and complex datasets, processing, analysis employing advanced statistical and machine learning methods, with ongoing deliverables to improve the quality of Insights teams Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy, objectives, and key results (OKRs), and KPI development for the business domain. Make strategic and operational recommendations to achieve goals Make business recommendations using effective presentation skills, conveying findings at multiple levels including executive leadership, managers, and peers through visual displays of quantitative information Utilize excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with Medicare business leaders, Marketing, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, design, and assess improvements to Medicare member engagementRequired Qualifications0-1 years total business experience.
