Job DescriptionAs the Senior Analyst on Specialty Contract and Performance Guarantee (PG) team, you will lead Specialty contractual reporting, and collaborate with Enterprise Analytics to build tools/dashboards as this role you will: Pull data from Specialty data warehouse to produce quarterly metrics/reports across ~50 Specialty Standalone, Specialty Network and Caremark PBM clients. Work with Therapy Directors and Operations to complete reporting. Manage client hemophilia reporting across ~30 clients. Work with Enterprise Analytics and Sales Account teams to deliver quarterly hemophilia reporting. Lead report enhancement processes to incorporate new data and client feedback. Manage reporting for a hemophilia network of 10 Specialty pharmacies, reviewing/auditing reporting from participating pharmacies, verifying penalties accrued and coordinating with internal Networks team. Work with Sales Account Executives to identify reporting needs for new client contracts. Work with Enterprise Analytics to direct IT builds or dashboards for reporting. Support RFP reviews by assisting with risk assessment from agreeing to new contractual guarantees. Support PG Team's development and implementation of new Specialty Contract Performance Library (SCPL) web application, which may include migrating contract targets into SCPL, entering metrics into SCPL, troubleshooting migration gaps, etc.Required Qualifications3 years experience with the below: Detail orientation, committed to data integrity, and diligence in resolving inconsistencies and closing data/logic gaps Experience deploying analytic capabilities, such as report development, risk assessments, tracking, and monitoring of outcomes Self-starter, able to take strategic direction and execute independently by identifying needs/gaps, reaching out to SME's/other experts and recommending solutions Proficient with Excel Proven skills in working cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
