Job DescriptionProvides a wide variety of general administrative support for a manager or department. Composes routine correspondence, compiles data for routine reports, file maintenance, answer telephones and coordinates calendar. Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information. Opens, sorts, distributes, scans, organizes, prioritizes andresponds to email. Coordinates calendars; schedules meetings, room reservations, hospitality arrangements. Orders and maintains office supplies as needed. Significant portion of duties may be in support of basic technical discipline (e.g., sales, underwriting, network, etc.). Organizes and maintains files of supervisor'scorrespondence, records etc. following up on pending matters. Coordinates land and air travel arrangements. Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriatesoftware.Required QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerpointPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in an administrative assistant role preferred.
