Job Description Provision of TA to Providers receiving Non-Title XIX/XXI funding in support of target populations - specifically requirements of the grant in provision of services and oversight/management of Non-Title XIX/XXI funding Oversight of Non-Title XIX/XXI funding positions at the Provider level to ensure grant or funding compliance per budgeted staff allocation, program responsibilities and outcomes as required by SAMHSA and contract with AHCCCS Oversight and coordination with Providers on grant budgets, invoicing of grant dollars in liaison with AHCCCS Grant Administration Department to ensure Provider compliance and address areas of concern through contract enforcement process, TA and training. Ongoing oversight of grant spending per allocation and working with finance to reallocate dollars as determined to ensure access to services and appropriate utilization of Non-Title XIX/XXI funding by funding type and target programming by regulator Oversight and development of work process to ensure cross departmental coordination in the management of grants, and compliance with grant requirements such as evaluation of qualified diagnosis and procedure codes being billed under the grants per contract. Lead marking and communication efforts as required by the contract to ensure awareness of grants and access to services for underinsured or non-insured individuals in Maricopa County. This includes hosting community events, development of tool kits, media and Provider materials to ensure front line no wrong door for individuals seeking services who quality under Non-Title XIX/XXI funding Interface with other RBHA grant teams per contract to ensure program consistency statewide, coordination of programmatic interventions. Facilitate program TA and guidance to ensure Behavioral health providers provide specialized, population-specific treatment as defined by AHCCCS or other grantors. Coordinate with providers to ensure services are provided to individuals with SUD needs under "no wrong door" Coordinate with subcontractors to provide or arrange the following as neededo Referral for primary medical care o Referral for primary pediatric care for children, o Gender-specific substance abuse treatment, and o Therapeutic interventions for dependent children. Develop and publicize the availability of gender-based substance use treatment services for priority populations utilizing strategic methods including, but not limited to:o Street outreach programso Ongoing public service announcementso Regular advertisements in local or regional print mediao Notifying the right of pregnant females and females with dependent children to receive substance use treatment services at no cost. Facilitate site visits with providers as needed or required by grantor Collect and submit Activity Reports from providers, training materials provided Coordinate with other Systems of Care partners to monitor and evaluate aggregate NTXIX/XXI funding needRequired QualificationsKnowledge of public behavioral health systems and Non-Title XIX/XXI services or resources within either Maricopa, Pinal or Gila counties.
