Ideally in CT/NJ/NY.The National Accounts Center of Excellence Senior Director is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales and service strategy for an assigned customer, business segment, and/or product in an aligned market. Directly responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on attaining membership and profitability targets.Required QualificationsResponsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to attain membership and profitability targets. Partners with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Product organizations to ensure achievement of designated targets. Accountable for the overall Broker/General Agency strategy and relationship management. Serves as consultant on market intelligence and drives benefit and product updates to be delivered through product organization. Gathers data on market position and monitors competitive standing. Provides data to Actuarial and Product organizations. Identifies service needs and issues in order to develop and implement strategies to address and improve service to customers. Partners with internal sales management to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Develops alternative distribution avenues for products. Drives communication and rollout of key initiatives. Supports market-specific initiatives impacting growth. Develops and maintains strong business partnerships with customers.
